DESCRIPTION OF POSITION / DUTIES
All Points is seeking a Systems Engineer - Test Analyst (Mid) to support Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Enterprise Analysis & Technical Innovation efforts in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Systems Engineer - Test Analyst will support MDA/DE-SEA Enterprise Analysis & Technical Innovation and the MDA Joint Analysis Team. This position performs system-level Missile Defense System (MDS) performance analysis using ground-test, flight-test, real-world event, and Golden Dome for America data; develops analytical approaches and tools; documents findings; and presents results to technical and mission stakeholders.
ACTIVE, CURRENT, AND FULLY ADJUDICATED U.S. DOD SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED
DUTIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Missile Defense Analysis & Test Assessment
• Perform Missile Defense System analysis of test data generated primarily by the MDA Ground Test hardware-in-the-loop program
• Support analysis of MDA flight-test events, real-world event data, and Golden Dome for America tests, as required
• Develop and apply approaches and tools for system-level and element-level performance analysis of the complex Missile Defense System
• Produce analysis results and inputs for official SEA test-report products and present findings during mission data reviews
• Develop, use, and present analytical products that assess system-level performance in ground and flight test events
• Analyze MDS kill-chain performance, including sensor acquisition, tracking, and discrimination; battle-manager engagement planning and warfighter interaction; engagement coordination; and interceptor acquisition, tracking, and discrimination
Systems Engineering & Mission Support
• Coordinate with systems engineering teams, test organizations, warfighters, and element-program focal points to ensure tests meet technical intent, assess capabilities, and characterize system behaviors
• Evaluate system performance against mission objectives, requirements, and operational expectations
• Apply element-level behaviors and technical findings to broader system-level analytical assessments
• Support technical reviews, mission assessments, and stakeholder presentations
Data Analytics & Tool Development
• Develop tools supporting analytical tasks and data-science activities across Missile Defense System elements
• Utilize analytical methods and technical tools to characterize system performance and behavior
• Analyze structured and unstructured mission and test data
• Support development and refinement of repeatable analytical methodologies
Documentation & Reporting
• Document analysis activities, methodologies, findings, and recommendations
• Prepare technical reports, briefing materials, mission assessments, and presentation products
• Present analytical findings to engineering teams, leadership, and mission stakeholders
• Support development of official SEA test-report products and mission review materials
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
• Work independently and as part of a geographically distributed team
• Collaborate with systems engineers, analysts, testers, mission partners, and operational stakeholders
• Provide technical insight regarding system behaviors, performance trends, and test outcomes
• Support continuous improvement of analytical processes and mission assessment capabilities
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or Doctoral degree in:
• Engineering
• Systems Engineering
• Aerospace Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Related technical discipline
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

COMPENSATION
$125,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
