Position Title : Program Manager
Position Location : Full-time on-site at Fort Bliss, TX
Daily Responsibilities:
- Serves as the onsite senior contractor responsible for contract performance and successful service delivery.
- Provides leadership and governance to achieve technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Serves as the principal advisor to local Site leadership, fostering strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
- Leads cross-functional organizations to deliver integrated, Site-wide support.
- Drives organizational performance through strategic governance, decision-making, and continuous operational improvement.
- Ensures compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and organizational policies.
Required Years of Experience (min) :
- Minimum 12 years of experience
Required Degree/Certifications :
- Master's degree and/or equivalency
- PMI, PMP, or equivalent
- ITIL 4 Foundation
Required Experience & Expertise in the following areas :
- Directing complex enterprise programs, with responsibility for strategic planning, contract performance, mission execution, and service delivery.
- Leading stakeholder engagement to achieve technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives while driving organizational governance and continuous process improvement.
- Serving as a senior advisor to leadership, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, applicable regulations, and organizational policies while delivering IT support services.
Required Clearance :
- Tier 1 background investigation
