We are looking for someone to manage our contracts and subcontracts portfolio, develop terms and conditions, negotiate successful outcomes, and support software product and services efforts.
The outcome we are looking for is a trusted knowledge base when it comes to contract law, especially around Other Transactions (OTs) Agreements (OTAs).
We are a small business. It would be of great value if the contract manager candidate could also support proposal efforts to include pricing and management volumes along with proofreading them.
