complete draft response packages for Government review. The analyst will support the administrative and

analytical review process for taskings received from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and/or Department

of Justice (DOJ).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Tasking intake and review. Receive and in-process taskings and supporting materials; verify package

completeness; capture case identifiers, required actions, priorities, suspense dates, and response

instructions.

? Action and equity analysis. Review taskers and records to identify DoW information equities, relevant

Components, required responses, dependencies, and issues requiring Government guidance. Document

the proposed coordination path.

? Component coordination. Prepare, route, and track actions through the Correspondence and Task

Management System (CATMS) under established procedures and Government direction. Follow up with

Component points of contact and document coordination.

? Case and suspense management. Maintain accurate, current entries in the Government-approved internal

tracker and CATMS. Monitor deadlines, open actions, response status, and closure; promptly elevate

overdue actions and risks to meeting a suspense.

? Quality review and response preparation. Consolidate Component inputs; check completeness, accuracy,

consistency, and traceability to the originating tasker; identify gaps or conflicting responses; and assemble

draft responses and supporting documentation for Government approval and transmittal to DOJ.

? Process improvement and reporting. Support tasking templates, standard operating procedures and

guidelines, training materials, status reports, and workload metrics. Recommend improvements to intake,

coordination, tracking, and quality control.

? Secure records handling. Safeguard classified and controlled information, maintain organized case

records, follow approved handling and access procedures, and complete required security and task-

specific training.

? Priority support. Manage concurrent actions and short-fuse taskings, coordinate workload priorities with

the QualX lead, and provide clear handoffs to maintain continuity
