- Previous experience working at IBM or as an IBM contractor.
- Experience with IBM Maximo, Maximo SaaS, Connect, or related IBM platforms.
- Strong enterprise application development or modernization experience.
- Experience with complex enterprise applications, integrations, and business workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Maximo Application Suite environments.
- Participation in enterprise application modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with IBM development practices and enterprise application environments.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the modernization and enhancement of enterprise applications and platforms.
- Leverage previous experience with IBM platforms to provide technical expertise.
- Develop, customize, configure, and integrate enterprise applications.
- Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for modernization and optimization.
- Support platform migrations, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
