Description:

LMI is seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to support Army logistics enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, business transformation, and systems integration initiatives. Successfully demonstrate competency in project execution, client delivery, critical thinking, relationship management, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This position is part of the team supporting the Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program, delivering innovative solutions that enable critical Army logistics and sustainment missions. LMI is a new breed of digital solutions provider dedicated to accelerating government impact with innovation and speed. Responsibilities:

• Lead technical product delivery for complex, mission-critical systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver high-impact products.
• Ensure adherence to technical standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in product delivery processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical product delivery, preferably in government or defense contracting.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering, software development, and integration methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Active Secret or higher clearance required.
