Real Property SME - Clearance Required

LMI is seeking a Real Property SME to support Army logistics enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, business transformation, and systems integration initiatives. Successfully demonstrate competency in project execution, client delivery, critical thinking, relationship management, while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This position is part of the team supporting the Army HQDA G-4 ELISS program, delivering innovative solutions that enable critical Army logistics and sustainment missions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead real property strategy and implementation for Army logistics enterprise architecture initiatives
• Develop and maintain real property data models and standards
• Support cybersecurity and business transformation efforts related to real property
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enable critical Army logistics and sustainment missions
• Provide subject matter expertise on real property requirements and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real property management, preferably within the defense sector
• Active Secret clearance required
• Strong understanding of Army logistics and sustainment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
