Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise architecture frameworks and models to support Army logistics and sustainment missions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic direction and roadmap for enterprise architecture initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise in enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Support the development of business cases and investment justifications for architecture initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build architecture capabilities across the organization.
- Ensure alignment of architecture initiatives with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on defense or government sector.
- Proven experience in leading complex architecture initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Active Secret clearance required.
