Job Description
LMI is seeking a Secret-cleared Power BI Developer to support the redesign, development, and modernization of business intelligence, data visualization, reporting, and knowledge management solutions.
A successful Power BI Developer will have five (5) or more years of experience using Power BI software for data modeling, dashboard development, reporting, automation, and analytics. The Power BI Developer will have supporting experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate, to enable integrated data-driven solutions. The Power BI Developer will be able to leverage the Agile Way of Working to engage stakeholders and meet customers’ needs. A successful Power BI Developer will be detail oriented, possess the management skills to hold people accountable, and demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate) to create integrated data-driven solutions.
- Implement data governance and security measures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and business intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard development, and reporting.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate).
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Active Secret clearance required.
