Responsibilities:
- Lead estimation efforts for complex nuclear construction and facility projects
- Develop detailed cost estimates and schedules
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Prepare bid proposals and cost breakdowns
- Monitor project budgets and variances
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior estimators
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in nuclear construction or large-scale facility projects
- Proven track record in project controls and cost estimation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience with industry-standard estimation tools and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in relevant field
- PMI certification or similar project management credentials
- Experience with nuclear regulatory requirements
