Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Security Clearance Patrol Incident Management in CAMDEN, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to situations, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and document visitor activity, incidents, and unusual conditions.
• Maintain assigned equipment and carry authorized firearms in accordance with applicable laws, training, and Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of armed guard, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or license.
• Maintain an active DoD Secret clearance.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
