Job Description
Peerless Technologies is seeking an Operations Training and Stan/Eval Specialist to support squadron training, standardization, evaluation, and readiness programs. The Specialist will maintain training records, coordinate scheduling and qualification requirements, track aircrew training and readiness, and prepare required Air Force training and evaluation reports.

- Maintain training and evaluation data in PEX and locally developed database systems.
- Coordinate with Aviation Resource Management personnel to maintain and update ARMS records.
- Review and maintain student and permanent party training records, folders, and gradebooks in accordance with applicable AFIs and local guidance.
- Coordinate with scheduling personnel to maximize training opportunities and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Conduct weekly gradebook reviews and track upgrade, continuation, and ancillary training.
- Provide weekly flight, training, and readiness status updates to squadron and group leadership.
- Administer required training classes and exams and coordinate crew training requirements.
- Develop periodic training and testing plans for leadership approval.
- Prepare monthly Aircrew Qualification Level Summaries, AF Form 4324s, Ready Aircrew Program reports, and aircrew probation/regression summaries.
- Coordinate required reporting with Wing Current Operations and Wing Stan Eval.
- Assist with developing and updating curriculum and syllabi for aircrew and ground training.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance, or a previously held Secret clearance that expired without being revoked.
- 2+ years of experience using PEX or a similar scheduling system.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint.
- 2+ years of experience in a squadron, group, or wing training and/or Stan Eval office; or 3+ years of experience in a DoD flying squadron, group, or wing equivalent training/Stan Eval organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training requirements, maintain accurate records, and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
