What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute organizational change management (OCM) strategies that support successful adoption of business process, technology, and organizational transformations.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify impacted groups, assess needs, and develop targeted engagement strategies.
  • Perform change impact assessments to evaluate the effects of proposed changes on people, processes, roles, and operations.
  • Develop and implement change readiness assessments and action plans to prepare stakeholders for transition.
  • Create and execute communications strategies, plans, and materials that promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, briefings, and feedback sessions.
  • Develop training and user adoption materials to support workforce transition and sustainment.
  • Monitor change adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and organizational readiness indicators, providing recommendations for course corrections as needed.
  • Collaborate with program leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to integrate change management activities into project delivery.
  • Support executive sponsors and change champions by providing strategic messaging, engagement plans, and change leadership guidance.


What You Will Nee d:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
  • Must be a US Citizen due to nature of client engagements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience supporting organizational change management, communications, workforce transformation, or related initiatives.
  • Experience conducting stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations, briefings, and communications products.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, focus groups, or stakeholder engagement sessions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to travel
  • Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in change management, such as Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, digital modernization, or technology implementation initiatives.
  • Experience developing training curricula, learning materials, and workforce adoption programs.
  • Experience supporting federal government clients and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks, communications planning methodologies, and adoption measurement techniques.
  • Experience supporting Agile, process improvement, business transformation, or enterprise modernization programs.
  • Graphic design, content development, or digital communications experience to create engaging stakeholder communications and awareness campaigns.


The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
