Project Manager – Energy
Location: Rainier, OR
SCIS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations across a high-profile client site. This role is ideal for a strong leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise contract employees, ensuring operational excellence
• Build strong relationships with clients and employees, addressing concerns proactively
• Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
• Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
• Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes efficiently
• Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations
• Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment
What You Bring:
• US citizenship preferred
• Associate’s degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience, with at least 3 years of security experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other essential computer applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong client relationships
• Experience working at a Client Energy facility is preferred
