Systems Integration & Verification Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Integration & Verification Lead to join our team. This role will lead the integration, verification, and validation of complex systems to ensure solutions meet technical requirements, performance objectives, and mission needs.

What You'll Do:
• Lead integration and verification of Maven Smart System-derived data with selected USMC tactical C2 systems.
• Translate system architectures into executable integration plans and testable technical increments.
• Integrate and validate APIs, adapters, middleware, message mappings, data transformations, and configuration artifacts.
• Develop prototype integration environments and representative test configurations.
• Verify exchange, parsing, correlation, display, and operational use of MSS-generated detections, tracks, alerts, classifications, and other AI-derived information.
• Develop and execute integration, interoperability, regression, performance, and mission-thread test procedures.
• Characterize prototype performance under DDIL conditions.
• Measure latency, throughput, reliability, data fidelity, synchronization, bandwidth utilization, and system behavior.
• Troubleshoot interface, software, network, configuration, and environment issues.
• Maintain integration baselines, defect records, configuration controls, and verification evidence.
• Coordinate closely with software, data, cyber, network, HSI, and Government engineering personnel.
• Support end-to-end prototype demonstrations and technical reviews.
• Document unresolved integration risks and recommend technical mitigation strategies.
• Support transition planning from prototype to production integration.

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of relevant C4ISR, software integration, systems integration, test, verification, or mission-systems engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience integrating heterogeneous software and hardware systems.
• Experience with API integration, middleware, data translation, or message transformation.
• Experience developing and executing technical verification and validation procedures.
• Experience debugging complex multi-system failures.
• Familiarity with networking, data transport, latency, bandwidth, and tactical-system constraints.
• Experience supporting Government integration labs, operational test environments, or field demonstrations.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; TS eligibility preferred.

Preferred Experience:
• Marine Corps or Navy C4ISR programs involving PAE-MC, MCTSSA, MCWIL, NIWC, NAVWAR, or related organizations.
• AI/ML or computer-vision integration.
• ISR data, FMV, imagery, radar, detections, or track processing.
• DDIL testing.
• Tactical networks and edge computing.
• DevSecOps and automated testing.
• RMF / cyber test considerations.
• Agile prototype development.
• Configuration management and baseline control.
