Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Architect & Systems Integration Lead to join our team.
What You'll Do:
• Lead objective evaluation of Marine Corps and Joint tactical C2 systems for Maven Smart System integration suitability.
• Develop system-selection criteria, scoring methodologies, and architecture recommendations.
• Define end-to-end MSS data flows from sensing and analytics through tactical C2 nodes to operator-facing applications.
• Identify interface, infrastructure, cybersecurity, bandwidth, latency, data, and operational dependencies.
• Develop and maintain the MSS integration architecture baseline and SoS interoperability model.
• Guide selection and design of APIs, adapters, middleware, message mappings, data transformations, and configuration approaches.
• Lead technical trade studies involving interoperability, scalability, DDIL performance, cybersecurity boundaries, and operator utility.
• Identify gaps between the Joint MSS baseline and Marine Corps operational requirements and recommend technically feasible resolution paths.
• Support prototype demonstrations and technical reviews with PAE-MC leadership and other Government stakeholders.
• Translate prototype findings into transition, maturation, sustainment, and scaling recommendations.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across software, data, network, cyber, test, and HSI disciplines.
Required Qualifications:
• 12+ years of relevant systems engineering, systems architecture, C4ISR, C2, ISR, or systems-integration experience.
• Demonstrated experience with complex system-of-systems integration.
• Strong understanding of tactical C2 architectures, data exchanges, network constraints, and operational workflows.
• Experience conducting technical feasibility studies, architecture assessments, or integration trade studies.
• Experience defining interfaces among heterogeneous Government systems.
• Strong understanding of tactical data flows, ISR products, tracks, detections, alerts, imagery, or related mission data.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to senior Government stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; TS eligibility strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience:
• Marine Corps or Navy C4ISR programs involving PAE-MC, MCTSSA, MCWIL, NIWC, NAVWAR, or related organizations.
• Joint C2 or ISR integration experience.
• Maven Smart System, AI-enabled ISR, computer vision, or automated target recognition experience.
• DDIL network design or tactical-edge engineering.
• GEOINT, FMV, radar, or track-data integration.
• Digital engineering / MBSE.
• RMF / cybersecurity integration.
• Open architecture, Government-controlled APIs, and reusable interface design.
