Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1. Experience conducting a digital media engagement program; planning, developing and communicating organizational programs and activities to multiple publics;
2. Leading the creation of digital media products, utilizing content placement tools such as social media dashboards, commercial distribution services. 3. Analyzing the community and it's supported audiences to appropriately publish information through social media sites.

Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
Education
In lieu of general/specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
master's or equivalent graduate degree or
2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or
LL.B. or J.D., if related.

- You will , expand, and manage the organization's social media presence; creating and publishing engaging digital and visual content across multiple platforms to promote programs and reach diverse audiences.
- You will use social media dashboards and distribution tools to strategically target and share content based on audience psychographics, demographics, location, and subject matter.
- You will ensure compliance with all web standards, terms of use and regulations.
- You will create daily social media content, engage with the online audience, and coordinate with the media team to repurpose content across multiple digital channels.
- You will coordinate and host visits for media personnel and influencers, facilitate interviews, manage on-site logistics, and research background info to address media inquiries.
- You will respond to public inquiries regarding organization events and policies, providing accurate information or directing inquiries to the appropriate office.
- You will perform other related duties as assigned to support team operations.
