Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Administration and Access Control Specialist to support daily security operations, personnel security processing, visitor management, facility access, and security records administration.
This position will manage a high volume of security-related activities, including S&PR reviews, visit requests, guest check-in/check-out, door access, DD2875 support, clearance verification, SIPR training assignments, in-processing/out-processing, records archiving, and facility tours.

This position will manage a high volume of security-related activities, including S&PR reviews, visit requests, guest check-in/check-out, door access, DD2875 support, clearance verification, SIPR training assignments, in-processing/out-processing, records archiving, and facility tours.
Responsibilities:
- Review, process, and track S&PR submissions.
- Prepare, process, and provide administrative support for DD2875 forms.
- Coordinate and process visit requests.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Process and maintain door access requests.
- Assign and track SIPR training requirements.
- Verify personnel security clearances through applicable systems.
- Support employee in-processing and out-processing activities.
- Maintain and archive security records, including DISS and S&PR documentation.
- Coordinate and support facility tours, including visitor accountability and access control.
- Provide status updates and follow up on pending or incomplete requests.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential security documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, visitors, management, security personnel, and government representatives.
- Perform other security administration duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in security, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in security administration, access control, personnel security, facility security, or a related area.
- Familiarity with DD2875 forms, visit requests, clearance verification, access-control procedures, and security records management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic records-management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting government, defense, intelligence, or cleared-contractor operations.
- Familiarity with DISS, SIPR-related administrative processes, and S&PR procedures.
- Experience with visitor management and electronic access-control systems.
- Current or previous eligibility for a security clearance, if required by the position.
