Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Network Engineer to join a dynamic technology team, assisting in a network refresh for a school district.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage network systems for the client's technology infrastructure.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure optimal network performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain efficient operations.
Travel to client sites as needed to provide hands-on support and expertise.
Essential Skills
5-7 years of experience in network engineering.
Proficiency with Cisco routers and switches.
Experience with Aruba R/S and Wireless technologies.
Strong client-facing communication skills.
Must have previously carried a CCNP certification.
Possession of a Secret Clearance.
Residence within a San Diego zip code.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
Experience in school district network environments is a plus.
Work Environment
This position is primarily onsite in San Diego, California, with occasional travel to client locations. The role is part of a committed and collaborative team focused on excellence in network engineering. Dress code is business casual.
