Job Description

Director of Sales - Offensive Cyber Operations
Location: Chantilly, VA

At REDLattice, we are a global leader in delivering cutting-edge technical cybersecurity products and services. As we grow and adapt in an increasingly complex digital environment, we are driven by mission-critical work that directly contributes to protecting our nation's and strategic partners' most vital infrastructure.

Our teams lead advanced vulnerability research and develop tailored cyber capabilities for the demands of rapidly evolving operational environments. With offices in Northern Virginia; Melbourne, Florida; Tel Aviv, Israel; and other strategic locations, REDLattice is growing rapidly to meet the needs of our customers.

Put mission-ready offensive cyber capabilities in the hands of the operators who need them.

REDLattice is seeking a Director of Sales - Offensive Cyber Operations to own revenue growth across the Department of War's offensive cyber mission community. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying leadership role. It suits someone who understands how cyber effects are planned, authorized, and employed, has earned the trust of operational and acquisition leaders, and knows how to turn a capability gap into a funded contract.

You will work directly with executive leadership, vulnerability researchers, capability developers, and mission partners. Together you'll sell, shape, and close opportunities in highly sensitive and compartmented environments. Success requires mission fluency, sales discipline, and uncompromising discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Revenue Ownership
  • Own and deliver against annual bookings and revenue targets for offensive cyber operations customers across the Department of War and the Intelligence Community.
  • Develop and execute a territory and account strategy covering USCYBERCOM, the Cyber National Mission Force, service cyber components, USSOCOM/JSOC, and IC mission partners.
  • Build, qualify, and maintain an accurate pipeline. Prioritize pursuits by mission fit, funding availability, contract vehicle access, timeline, and competitive position.
  • Provide reliable forecasting and regular pipeline reporting to executive leadership.
Operational Customer Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with mission commanders, operators, capability developers, program managers, and contracting officers.
  • Understand customers' operational requirements, target sets, and capability gaps well enough to match them with REDLattice capabilities and research.
  • Represent REDLattice in senior-level meetings, classified capability briefings, technical exchanges, and industry events.
  • Operate within compartmented programs with strict adherence to need-to-know, security protocols, and the legal authorities that govern cyber operations.
Capture, Contracting, and Closing
  • Lead opportunities from first engagement through qualification, capture, proposal, negotiation, award, and delivery.
  • Develop account plans, capture strategies, win themes, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Navigate the contracting pathways common in this mission space, including OTAs, IDIQs, BAAs, CSOs, rapid acquisition, and classified vehicles. Track funding cycles and end-of-year spend.
  • Coordinate with proposal, contracts, pricing, security, and engineering teams to deliver compliant, executable offers.
Capability Positioning and Partnerships
  • Translate technical capabilities, including access, exploitation, tooling, and operational support, into clear operational value and measurable mission outcomes for decision-makers.
  • Partner with technical leads on demonstrations, prototypes, pilots, and operational evaluations that drive adoption.
  • Build teaming and reseller relationships with primes and partners to expand vehicle access and strengthen pursuits.
  • Make sure commitments made during the sale match what delivery teams can execute.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of business development, capture, or sales experience in the defense or Intelligence Community, including at least 5 years selling cyber capabilities or services.
  • A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing multi-million-dollar government contracts.
  • A working understanding of offensive cyber operations, including the operational lifecycle, Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, and how cyber effects requirements are generated and validated.
  • Established relationships within the offensive cyber mission community, with the ability to turn them into qualified pipeline and closed business.
  • Strong command of federal acquisition, appropriations and funding cycles, and nontraditional contracting mechanisms.
  • The ability to explain highly technical capabilities in terms of operational impact to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive briefing skills.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance, with eligibility for polygraph.
  • The ability to work from our Chantilly office and travel for customer engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior operational, leadership, or acquisition experience at USCYBERCOM, CNMF, ARCYBER, FLTCYBER/10th Fleet, 16th Air Force, MARFORCYBER, NSA, USSOCOM, or JSOC.
  • A hands-on technical background in vulnerability research, exploit development, CNO tool development, or cyber operations planning.
  • An active CI or full-scope polygraph.
  • Experience with SAP or other compartmented programs.
  • Experience transitioning capabilities from prototype or rapid acquisition into programs of record or sustained operational use.
  • Existing access to relevant contract vehicles and established prime or teaming relationships.
Why REDLattice?
At REDLattice, you will sell capabilities that matter, built by some of the most talented researchers and operators in the field. You will have direct access to leadership, real ownership of a growing market, and compensation that rewards results.

Bring your mission credibility, your network, and your drive to close.
