Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an experienced Americas & Counter Terrorism Center (ACTC) All Source Team Lead to support a high-visibility Defense Intelligence mission focused on threats throughout the Western Hemisphere, transnational criminal organizations, counterterrorism operations, and homeland defense initiatives. This role combines intelligence leadership, program management, customer engagement, and personnel oversight while serving as the primary interface between government leadership and intelligence analysis teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading all-source intelligence efforts, managing analysts, and delivering strategic intelligence products across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

Work Environment:
Full-time, on-site role in Washington, DC supporting a mission-critical Defense Intelligence program. This position works closely with senior government leaders, all-source intelligence analysts, and Intelligence Community stakeholders to deliver actionable intelligence supporting national security and homeland defense objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day contract operations, including staffing, personnel management, financial oversight, and program execution.
• Supervise intelligence analysts and subcontractors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality all-source intelligence products.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government leadership, CORs, and senior decision-makers.
• Manage contract performance across cost, schedule, staffing, and technical requirements.
• Review intelligence products for analytic rigor, tradecraft compliance, and adherence to Intelligence Community standards.
• Develop staffing plans, labor forecasts, and workforce strategies to meet mission requirements.
• Track program funding, contract status, staffing metrics, and operational performance.
• Mentor analysts and team members while fostering professional growth and intelligence excellence.
• Coordinate intelligence production requirements and analytical priorities across Defense Intelligence stakeholders.
• Support modernization efforts leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced analytic technologies to enhance intelligence production and decision-making.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Political Science, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience.
• 3+ years of experience serving in a supervisory, team lead, or management capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of threats impacting the Western Hemisphere, counterterrorism operations, transnational criminal organizations, and homeland defense missions.
• Experience supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and broader Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
• Strong understanding of intelligence production processes, customer requirements, and IC tradecraft standards.
• Experience applying and enforcing ICD 203 and ICD 206 Analytic Standards.
• Proven ability to lead analysts, manage production schedules, and review intelligence products for quality and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, and briefing skills, with experience engaging senior government leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intelligence analysis platforms such as Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Intelink, and classified cloud environments.

Clearance Requirement:
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
Preferred:
• 10+ years supporting Defense Intelligence Enterprise programs.
• Experience managing intelligence production requirements and analytical teams supporting national security missions.
• Experience integrating AI/ML technologies into intelligence workflows and production processes.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-enabled intelligence analysis capabilities.
• Experience supporting OUSD(I&S), Combatant Command J2 organizations, and national-level intelligence customers.
• PM/PMP certification or prior program management experience supporting intelligence contracts.

Compensation:
• Salary range: $180,000 – $250,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
