Role description:
Designs, implements, and supports enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Focuses on identity governance, SailPoint, cloud IAM integration, access automation, role-based access, reporting, and government security/compliance processes.
Required experience:
3+ years of hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
1+ year of SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow experience, with strong hands-on SailPoint experience required.
3+ years supporting IAM in cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions across enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and cloud environments.
Experience managing identity lifecycle processes, including joiner, mover, leaver (JML) workflows.
Experience developing and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) and/or attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.
Experience supporting access certifications, entitlement reviews, and compliance audits.
Experience configuring SailPoint for provisioning, certifications, and policy enforcement.
Experience automating access provisioning and de-provisioning.
Experience troubleshooting identity correlation, aggregation, and entitlement issues.
Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language, including PowerShell, Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or PHP.
Working knowledge of authentication and authorization standards, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
3+ years of experience building dashboards, reports, or metrics for security or IAM programs.
Experience supporting government security-clearance/NBIS processes.
