About the role

You'll coordinate the contingent worker-to-full-time employee conversion process at the Memphis site, partnering with HR, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and Contingent Workforce Solutions to help ensure conversions are timely, accurate, and compliant.

You'll also support onboarding, employee data management, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR operations.

What you'll do
  • Coordinate the end-to-end contingent worker conversion process, tracking eligibility, timelines, approvals, offers, and onboarding requirements.
  • Partner with HR, hiring managers, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Solutions to resolve delays and keep conversions moving.
  • Maintain accurate conversion records, employee files, and HR system data; prepare updates and reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate onboarding, including paperwork, orientation scheduling, system readiness, and required documentation.
  • Support recruiting coordination, employee questions, employment verifications, and other HR administrative activities.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate HR partner.
  • Follow company safety, health, and security procedures.
Required skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Confidence speaking in front of large groups.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to support a diverse employee population.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and collaborate with employees, managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders.
  • Basic ability to compile, review, and present data.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, workforce administration, recruiting coordination, staffing, onboarding, or related administrative support preferred.
  • Experience supporting contingent workforce programs, employee onboarding, or hiring processes is a plus.
Preferred experience
  • UKG timekeeping.
  • Workday HRIS, VNDLY, or another HRIS or vendor management system.
  • Excel pivot tables and lookups.
