This position is for a Junior Program Technical Management Professional to support our client in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in technical management principles and a passion for guiding complex technical programs from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining program schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements and milestones
• Support risk management processes and issue tracking
• Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to proposal development and contract negotiations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in technical program management or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Active Secret clearance required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with defense or government contracts
• Knowledge of systems engineering processes
• Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies
