Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive testing and evaluation of combat systems to ensure operational readiness and effectiveness.
• Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols for complex military systems.
• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports to identify system performance, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and stakeholders to integrate test results into system design and development.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support system development, integration, and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in combat system testing and evaluation.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Experience with test management tools and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with specific combat systems or platforms.
• Knowledge of military standards and procedures for system testing and evaluation.
