Producer/Editor

Our client, a real estate company in Miami, FL is, in need of a Producer/Editor for a three-month contract-to-hire position. Working onsite daily, the Product/Editor will be responsible for overseeing the ideation, writing, production, and post-production of a variety of multimedia projects, including short-form content, podcasts, and other video and audio material as needed. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working in a fast-paced, yet high-quality production environment, with the ability to quickly bring ideas to life through compelling storytelling and engaging visuals.

Required skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Producer/Editor, showcasing a strong portfolio of video and multimedia projects
• Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling narratives through editing techniques
• Experience in a fast-paced, breaking news environment is helpful
• Familiarity with motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects or Cinema 4D, is a plus
• Proficient with AI-assisted editing tools (e.g., Premiere's text-based editing, Enhance Speech, auto reframe; Descript or similar) to speed up logging, transcription, and rough cuts is a plus
• Skilled with AI-powered production tools (e.g., Artlist's AI music and sound library, generative editing features) is a plus
