Business Development Analyst - Part Time

Synchron has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Analyst to support the corporate organization to assist with proposal capture and working to develop writing relating to NAVSEA opportunities for Synchron and its Business Development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the company's NAVSEA acquisition and engineering capture initiatives.
• Assist in proposal capture for NAVSEA opportunities
• Develop competitive proposals and support business development practices and processes

Education and Experience Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• DoD/DoW SECRET Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 20 years of professional experience related to NAVSEA ship and mission systems.

Preferred Education and Experience Requirements

• Proven track record in capture and proposal management; extensive Navy initiative experience
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, small business environment
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
• Understanding of Navy system commands and acquisition processes

Work Location: Hybrid Remote, Washington, D.C.

Travel: Less than 5%
