Cybersecurity Training Developer
On site in Ashburn, VA - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
The Cybersecurity Training Developer supports a large federal agency's cybersecurity and compliance program by developing content for new cybersecurity training courses and assisting with compliance efforts, including compiling data for training metrics reporting.

The Cybersecurity Training Developer supports a large federal agency's cybersecurity and compliance program by developing content for new cybersecurity training courses and assisting with compliance efforts, including compiling data for training metrics reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content for new cybersecurity training courses for a federal agency.
- Assist with compliance efforts, including compiling data for reporting on training metrics.
- Research current agency policy to respond to inquiries and promote compliance.
- Assist with communications, including procedure and policy documents, cybersecurity awareness material and briefings.
- Provide customer service support to trade partners to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders.
- Track and report metrics on the number of Interconnection Security Agreements (ISAs) processed on a routine and recurring basis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of information security experience, including developing training content and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Strong understanding of IT cybersecurity tools, hardware/software security implementation and communication protocols.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on site in Ashburn, VA (no telework).
- US Citizenship (no dual citizenship) and the ability to pass a federal background investigation in order to be granted access to sensitive information.
Compensation: $110,000 - $126,000 per year
