About The Role
Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).
Responsibilities:
Peraton is seeking a senior Program Manager to provide overall contract leadership and oversight of strategic communications operations. The Program Manager will direct all contractor personnel, resources, and deliverables while serving as the primary interface between the contract team and the Sponsor. The ideal candidate has experience managing large, dispersed teams within the Intelligence Community, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

- Planning, directing, and overseeing all contractor personnel, resources, and deliverables to ensure performance objectives are met on schedule and within budget;
- Serving as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Sponsor's Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) and Government Task Manager (GTM);
- Developing and maintaining the Program Management Plan, Monthly Contract Status Reports, and other program-level deliverables in accordance with contract requirements;
- Managing a large, dispersed team across multiple specialty areas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, personnel qualifications, and adherence to security and compliance requirements;
- Identifying and mitigating programmatic risks, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous process improvement across all contract task areas.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Poly, active and current.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, communications, or another relevant business or communications discipline.
- Minimum 12 years of project management experience, which must include Four (4) years of experience managing contracts for government customers within the Intelligence Community.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a large, dispersed team with different specialty areas.
- Demonstrated experience in providing timely reports, and knowledge of information management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, communications, or another relevant business or communications discipline.
- Two (2) years of experience managing projects under the direction of the Sponsor.
- Experience using the Sponsor's business systems.
- Certified in project management - Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Microsoft Power BI).
