As a PROJECT - Stakeholder Engagement & Communications Consultant on the Digital Trust & Privacy team, you will be responsible for...
- Supporting project workstreams focused on strategy, transformation, and operational improvement for government and public sector clients
- Coordinating stakeholder engagement and communications activities for client transition and transformation efforts across government, delivery, and user communities
- Developing leadership briefings, executive presentations, outreach materials, and project documentation to support program execution and decision-making
- Conducting research, analysis, and synthesis of client, operational, and program information to inform recommendations and change activities
- Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional Deloitte teams to track priorities, support adoption efforts, and advance project objectives

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder communications, change management, and executive presentation development
- 3+ years of experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications planning, leadership briefings, feedback channels, and targeted outreach for transition or transformation initiatives
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience supporting government, public sector, or regulated industry programs
- 3+ years of experience supporting transition, modernization, transformation, or change initiatives
- Experience developing communications materials for executive, stakeholder, or end-user audiences
- Experience supporting workshops, stakeholder interviews, or feedback sessions
- Experience creating materials in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with cross-functional business and program teams
