Job Description
TEKsystems has an immediate need for a TS/SCI Cyber Security Analyst to support a government program on Offutt AFB in Bellevue NE.
Role:
o Performing assessment of digital information, systems, and artifacts to identify indicators of compromise and intrusion activity across USSTRATCOM environments.
o Gathering, preserving, and handling digital evidence in accordance with established procedures to support investigations and mission requirements.
o Reporting on cyber threats, security breaches, and anomalous activity across NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR networks
o Conducting threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations to strengthen system security posture.
o Supporting incident response activities, including triage, containment, remediation, and documentation of cybersecurity events.
o Applying cybersecurity best practices, compliance standards, and hardening techniques to safeguard mission critical systems and applications.
o Collaborating with system administrators, network engineers, and program
Experience needed:
o Education: Technical training, certifications, or degree (equivalent experience may substitute)
o Experience: 3+ years of cybersecurity, digital forensics, or information security experience.
o Required Certifications: ITIL Foundations v4 Certificate or the ability to obtain within 9 months
o Must have a current/active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI status

Preferred Qualifications
o Experience with incident response, threat hunting, forensic analysis, and cybersecurity operations.
o Working knowledge of system security, network security, firewalls, Active Directory, and Linux based environments.
o Familiarity with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability management technologies.
o Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
o Ability to collaborate effectively within cross functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non technical stakeholders.\
o Understanding of compliance frameworks, risk management principles, and cybersecurity best practices in secure environments.
