The F-35 Advanced Capabilities Development (ACD) Program Management Office (PMO) is looking for a Program Integration Team Lead on a Classified Program. In this role you will report to the Senior Program Manager and be responsible for horizontal integration across the program management team, program support teams, and engineering execution teams. You will interact with and brief all levels of program and engineering leadership in your regular reporting. The ability to distill complex problems that span across multiple teams and discplines is a must.

- Management, Optimization, & Communication of the Program Business Rythmn
- Management, Optimization, & Communication of Standard Work Products and Templates used across the program
- Portfolio Workforce/Staffing Demand Planning
- Portfolio Program Performance Data Analytics and Visualization
- Program-Wide Communications
- Portfolio Event Coordination
- Portfolio Program Performance/Metrics Reporting
- Portfolio Classified IT and Facilities Coordination, Deployment and Standup
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Program or Project Management Experience
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- 7 years of work-related experience
- Experience working in classified environments
- Experience with working with classified security, facilities, and IT requirements
- Workforce Planning / VEMO Experience
- Earned Value / Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
- Data Analytics/Visualization Experience
- Strong Communication/Briefing to Large Audiences Experience
- Experience using MS Project to develop and manage project plans
- Experience building and presenting project status briefings to leadership
