The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
SPA's Strategic Division's Regional Strike System Group (RSSG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering, Systems Safety, Modelling, Master Scheduling, and Financial Analysis support. RSSG has an immediate need for a program analyst to support the Nuclear-Armed Sea Launched Cruise Missile (SLCM-N) program in the Strategic Weapons Facility (SWF) Integration branch as a support equipment program analyst. The position is located at the SPA Maritime Plaza site in Washington, DC. Occasional travel is required.
Responsibilities
The Support Equipment Program Analyst will support the SLCM-N Program in managing the procurement, installation, proofing, and sustainment of a diverse set of material necessary for facilities, missile, and submarine integration/interface. The analyst will work closely with engineers, financial analysts, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership planning the coordination of efforts and report development. The analyst will communicate with stakeholders from industry partners and supporting government organizations. This role involves facilitating technical reviews and industry engagements, delivering analytical insights and actionable recommendations to deliver the SLCM-N capability on time. The Analyst will develop and coordinate acquisition strategies, briefing materials, white papers, and decision memorandums essential to meet program needs.

Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to work at Maritime Plaza in Washington D.C. at a minimum of 3 days per week, up to full-time, based upon the needs of the client.
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in acquisition, contracting, program management, or government.
- 5+ years professional program analyst or systems engineering experience with defense programs.
Desired:
- Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
- Weapons facility/logistics experience.
- Experience working with Strategic Systems Programs (SSP).
- Experience working with DoD engineering and acquisition processes.
- Experience supporting ACAT 1D program management or other large-scale defense projects.
