Position Summary
Odyssey has an exciting opportunity providing Advisory and Assistance Services supporting the US Space Force and its mission to protect and defend National Security Interests in Space as a Space Domain Awareness Battlespace Intelligence (SDA BI) Executive Assistant in support of the US Space Force, Space Systems Command's Battlespace Awareness Acquisition Delta.
This position provides Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to enable the effective operation of a fast-paced space intelligence front office, ensuring that senior leaders' time, information, and engagements are organized, secure, and mission-focused in support of acquisition activities. In this role, you will blend expertise in executive administration, all-source intelligence, information security, and organizational readiness to deliver responsive, professional support to senior leaders in a dynamic mission environment.
This is a full-time position based at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road in Colorado Springs, CO, with the opportunity for occasional telework at the discretion of the Government.

An A&AS contractor is a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the Government. As an SDA BI Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Government Program Manager and other stakeholders, providing Advisory and Assistance Services to enable senior leader decision-making at the intersection of executive operations and space intelligence. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Qualifications:
Clearance: Active Secret clearance, eligible for Top Secret/SCI
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Security Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Years of Experience: 5 years of directly relevant experience, all of which must be in the DoD or Intelligence Community
Other Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Clearance: Active TS/SCI, agreeable to polygraph
Education: Master's degree in Global or International Studies, Interagency Studies, or a related discipline
Years of Experience: 10+ years of direct experience in military intelligence, space operations, or organizational leadership roles, including service as an executive officer or equivalent senior staff position

Responsibilities
An A&AS contractor is a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to the Government. As an SDA BI Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Government Program Manager and other stakeholders, providing Advisory and Assistance Services to enable senior leader decision-making at the intersection of executive operations and space intelligence. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedules, and engagements for senior leaders, deconflicting competing priorities and ensuring leadership time is aligned with mission objectives.
- Prepare, review, and track executive correspondence, briefings, read-aheads, and staff packages, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and timely staffing through organizational tasking systems.
- Plan and execute meetings, conferences, distinguished visitor engagements, and protocol events, including agenda development, logistics coordination, and follow-up action tracking.
- Coordinate official travel for senior leaders, including preparation of travel orders, itineraries, and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS), and management of associated expense reporting.
- Support the handling, safeguarding, and transmission of classified information and materials in accordance with DoD security policies and assist personnel with security clearance processing and visit requests.
- Maintain personnel, readiness, and organizational data using government systems of record, ensuring data accuracy and supporting recurring reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with government, Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs), and contractor teams to synchronize front office activities with broader organizational priorities and battle rhythm events.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of intelligence and mission-related materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and office workflows, recommending and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden on leadership.
- Perform regular reporting, documentation, and briefings to government leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability for all front office activities.
- Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations at the request of the Government.
- Other duties as required/requested by the Government within the scope of the S3 contract.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to produce clear documentation and deliver impactful briefings
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as part of diverse multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and common government administrative and data management systems
- Familiarity with DoD security policies and procedures for the handling of classified information
- Direct work experience supporting senior military or government leaders in an administrative, staff officer, or executive support capacity

- Prior experience advising organizational leadership on security clearance policies and procedures and managing unit security requirements
- Experience coordinating protocol activities and engagements with international or interagency partners
- Current information security certification such as CompTIA Security+
