Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

Our client, sells its products through a partner channel of managed service providers (MSPs), value-added resellers, and distributors, who in turn sell to end customers. The Business Systems Analyst will work with the Sales and Marketing teams to gather and document business and functional requirements for new features and enhancements to the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Create detailed business requirements documents and user stories.
• Work with developers and designers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure they meet requirements and function as intended.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst).
• Experience with other CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
