Job Description:

Our client seeks an IT Training & Knowledge Management Specialist to deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training, develop training materials, and manage knowledge bases. This hybrid role requires expertise in creating engaging training content and facilitating both live and virtual sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and general IT training sessions for end users
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules
• Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base for IT procedures and troubleshooting
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, adapting content to audience needs
• Collaborate with IT staff to identify training needs and develop solutions
• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics
• Manage training schedules and coordinate with participants and trainers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT training or knowledge management
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 training
• Strong understanding of IT support processes and common user issues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create engaging and effective training materials
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is preferred
• Knowledge of knowledge base management best practices
