Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop machine learning, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to analyze complex datasets and support mission analytics.
• Design, train, and optimize models including Large Language Models (LLMs) with RAG and agentic workflows using GPU-accelerated computing.
• Translate manual data analysis into automated analytics and prototype solutions for integration into operational workflows.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $276k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop AI, machine learning, and heuristic models to solve complex analytical problems.
• Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLM) for various NLP tasks, information retrieval, and agentic workflows.
• Utilize GPU-based computing resources to accelerate model training and deployment.
• Extract and transform information from diverse data formats including SQL tables, network logs, and structured metadata.
• Partner with subject matter experts to incorporate domain input into feature vectors for model development and evaluation.
• Evaluate and validate the performance of analytics using standard statistical metrics such as cross-validation, ROC curves, and confusion matrices.
• Implement prototype algorithms within production frameworks for integration into end-user workflows.
• Produce clear data visualizations and reports to communicate analytical insights and dataset structures effectively.
