Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Develop machine learning, statistical, and graph-based algorithms to analyze complex datasets and drive mission solutions.
• Build and optimize predictive models, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG frameworks, and agentic workflows using Python, R, MATLAB, and SQL.
• Accelerate model training with GPU resources, perform statistical testing, and create impactful data visualizations.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 10+ years
• Total Compensation: $276k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Develop and implement statistical, machine learning, and heuristic techniques to generate descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
• Build, optimize, and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG frameworks for NLP tasks, information retrieval, and agentic workflows.
• Utilize GPU-based computing environments to accelerate algorithm development, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract information from raw data sources and construct feature vectors for analytic pipelines.
• Evaluate model performance using standard metrics including cross-validation, ROC curves, and confusion matrices.
• Design experiments or data simulation models when training datasets are unavailable.
• Create clear data visualizations and analytical reports summarizing dataset structure and actionable findings.
• Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
