Overview
VTG is seeking a Management Analyst II - CV-22 Mod Manager to provide in-service logistics support to the NAVAIR PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program. Specifically, provide integrated logistics support to the CV-22 Product Support Manager (PSM) in support of Air Force Periodic Maintenance Interval (PMI) Program execution and CV-22 Aircraft modification at Hurlburt Field, Florida.

Education: BS or BA degree.
Allowable Substitution: An additional three (3) years of in-service or operational logistics management experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.
Experience - At least five (5) years of experience in in-service and/or operational logistics support/maintenance engineering, plus two (2) years recent experience in acquisition logistics/maintenance engineering and/or fleet modernization. Experience must include: Two (2) years in the performance of comprehensive organizational, intermediate or depot maintenance during a job assignment in or in support of an operational command. Two (2) years of DoD operational logistics support experience to include specific experience in maintenance planning and management. Experience must demonstrate the ability to perform independent work to provide logistics and support system effectiveness analysis, maintenance planning and programming in support of DoD weapons systems and equipment.
Allowable Substitution: An MS or MA degree can be substituted for three (3) years operations logistics experience.
Work hours will be in direct support of the client; therefore, hours may be fluid at times in order to meet customer/operational requirements. Work schedule flexibility is required.
Pay Range: VTG's estimated starting pay is $95,000-$135,000 which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.

- Provide in-service program support and in-service logistics support to the NAVAIR PMA-275 V-22 Osprey Joint Program.
- Specifically provide support duties as an analyst/manager for the CV-22 Depot Maintenance and Modification Program at Hurlburt Field, Florida.
- Liaison requirements include CV-22 PMI effort at Cannon AFB, NM, NAVSUP Philadelphia and DLA, and Fleet Readiness Center, East (FRC-E).
- Navy Type Commander and Air Force Major Command coordination will be required in the fulfillment of support responsibilities.
- Daily responsibilities will include working closely with the CV-22 PSM and CV-22 MAJCOM to ensure appropriate actions have been taken to ensure PMI logistics support requirements for CV-22 operational sites have been met.
