Job Description

SABG is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support the USSF PMA in Arlington, VA.

JOB TITLE : Technical Program Manager

LOCATION :Arlington, VA

CLEARANCE :Secret

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the planning, developing, and implementation of personnel policies, guidance, programs, and legislative initiatives

• Provide senior executive administrative advice that includes but is not limited to task management and orientation, product generation, and MilPDS, DTS, PRDA, IMR, CCAR, and AcqDemo

• Develop and maintain a Program/Project Management Plan

• Oversee all services, materials, supplies, equipment, and project supervision, as required in connection with this Performance Work Statement (PWS).

SUPERVISION : This position has supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Master's Degree plus a minimum of 10 years of experience in
Program or Project Management

• 5 to 10 years of experience executing mission planning, implementation, and day-to-day office operations associated with senior executive level leadership including serving as an advisor and assisting with detailed planning of complex management projects, issues, and initiatives

• Managing and leading team members to recommend, develop, and implement change management strategies that create a culture of change, engage stakeholders, and meet client's desired outcomes

• • Ability to think critically, perform analysis, and possess high communication skills (written and spoken)

COMPUTER SKILLS :
  • Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and/or procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.

SALARY: $185,000 - $220,00

Compensation at SABG is determined based on factors such as the role's requirements, education, certifications, skills, experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Final compensation is based on the specific qualifications and circumstances of each candidate.
