CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Defense Travel Administrator to support the Office of Military Commissions.
Responsibilities may include performing the following but are not limited to:

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Defense Travel Administrator to support the Office of Military Commissions.
Responsibilities may include performing the following but are not limited to:
Creating and updating user profiles in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Creating, reviewing, and amending travel authorizations.
Preparing travel voucher form 1351-2 for traveler’s signature.
Preparing cross organization letter to allow travelers to use OMC line of accounting while attached to their parent command.
Detaching and receiving DTS profiles for outgoing and incoming command members.
Ensuring the timely submission and execution of travel documents for each traveler post official travel.
Expected Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Current, active Secret security clearance.
Working knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations.
Working knowledge of the Defense Travel System (DTS).
2 - 4 years of professional government working experience.
- Must live locally to the National Capital Region/Washington D.C.
Ability to use or learn SharePoint.
- Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID. More information about Real ID can be found here: https://www.dhs.gov/real-id/about-real-id and at https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 year travel administrator experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
