Summary:
• Develop and test software using Java, C, or C++ in Linux and Solaris environments.
• Build RESTful services and integrate OpenSource NoSQL databases such as HBase, Accumulo, and Bigtable.
• Deploy software using Kubernetes and apply advanced secure coding practices.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 7+ years
• Total Compensation: $218k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Implement, test, and operate software using advanced security techniques in compliance with technical reference architecture.
• Perform ongoing security testing and participate in peer code reviews to improve software security and features.
• Debug, design, and code new software or modify existing production software for Linux and Solaris systems.
• Provide and recommend engineering designs for new software solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Develop RESTful services and analytics applications utilizing Java, C, or C++.
• Deploy and manage containerized software components using Kubernetes.
• Integrate and work with NoSQL data stores such as HBase, Accumulo, and Bigtable.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate with team members on secure development best practices.
