Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Deliver system administration, maintenance, and operational support across Linux and Solaris enterprise environments.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting and issue resolution for client, server, storage, and network infrastructure.
• Conduct system performance tuning, capacity analysis, and scripting automation using Perl and Shell.
• Manage Oracle database installation, configuration, and routine administrative support.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 5+ years
• Total Compensation: $196k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and daily operational maintenance of IT systems.
• Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for end-users and infrastructure.
• Manage daily configuration, deployment, and operational activities for multi-platform environments.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, resource utilization, and perform server capacity planning.
• Write Perl and Shell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and streamline operations.
• Perform installation, setup, and maintenance of Oracle database environments.
• Support escalation and clear communication of system status and technical issues to stakeholders.
