Summary:
• Lead systems engineering and agile development teams as a Technical Task Order Lead and Scrum Master.
• Direct system architecture, requirements analysis, integration, and testing across complex hardware and software systems.
• Utilize AWS cloud platforms, maintain Confluence documentation, conduct trade analyses, and manage risk mitigation.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Total Compensation: $335k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Serve as the primary Systems Engineering lead for the Agile development team, providing direction on system architecture, design, integration, and technical execution.
• Provide Scrum Master support, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring efficient team workflows.
• Utilize AWS or similar cloud platforms to support cloud architecture, migration, and hands-on configuration.
• Lead and coordinate engineering and technical activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and contract requirements.
• Develop comprehensive Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions and DoDAF architecture views.
• Conduct end-to-end system trade analyses and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) to optimize life-cycle performance.
• Provide technical direction for requirements elicitation, analysis, functional allocation, interface standards, and end-to-end flow analysis.
• Manage risk mitigation strategies, alternative courses of action, and monitor risks using earned value management data.
• Mentor and coach systems engineers while assisting with technical reporting, staffing plans, and resource management.
