Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco enterprise switches running IOS-XE and NX-OS.
• Provide full lifecycle administration, configuration, and troubleshooting for Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints and VDI systems.
• Support network fundamentals including VLANs, subnetting, DHCP/DNS, and MAC-based port security.
• Execute vulnerability remediation, patch management, and STIG compliance across managed systems.
• Manage Active Directory objects and maintain ticketing workflows using JIRA.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 15+ years
• Total Compensation: $282k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Cisco switches running IOS-XE and NX-OS platforms.
• Implement and manage port security protocols, including MAC-based controls and violation remediation.
• Troubleshoot enterprise networking fundamentals encompassing TCP/IP, subnetting, DHCP/DNS, and Layer 2/Layer 3 operations.
• Maintain and support classified VDI and thin-client desktop platforms, including endpoint provisioning and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Deploy endpoints and perform system imaging utilizing PXE boot tools.
• Administer Windows 10 and Windows 11 client systems, managing configurations, updates, and lifecycle operations.
• Remediate vulnerabilities in accordance with IAVAs and maintain compliance with DISA STIGs and security baselines.
• Utilize CLI tools, PowerShell, PuTTY, and Windows command-line utilities for diagnostics and operational automation.
• Perform Active Directory administration, including user account, group, and OU management.
• Deliver responsive end-user support and track incident resolution using JIRA.
