Spiral Solutions & Technologies, Inc. (SS&T) is seeking a Senior Joint Education Program Manager to support the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Organizational Development and Innovation Division (J14).
The Senior Joint Education Program Manager provides senior-level program management and academic-administration expertise for USSTRATCOM joint training, education, professional development, and organizational-development programs. The selected candidate will support graduate-level academic-institution coordination, admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar-related processes; develop and assess education and professional-development products; and support Command-wide education initiatives, including the Senior Civilian/Military Development Program, Strategic Leadership Fellows Program, and Strategic Deterrence Education Program. USSTRATCOM/J14 is responsible for Command education, professional development, and onboarding programs.
Security Clearance Requirements
This position supports classified programs and requires access to classified systems and material. All contractor personnel must be United States citizens and possess a Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information, Nuclear Command and Control/Extremely Sensitive Information, and Special Access Program access prior to commencing work.

Required Qualifications
• Provide program management and lesson-plan development, analysis, improvement, and assessment support for USSTRATCOM joint training, education, and professional-development products and courses.
• Apply appropriate pedagogical methods to analyze, design, develop, coordinate, administer, manage, and evaluate joint training, education, and professional-development products.
• Maintain currency of USSTRATCOM training, education, and professional-development products and courses and incorporate updated information into appropriate training databases.
• Serve as the senior academic-program liaison with graduate-level academic institutions on admissions, enrollment, registration, bursar operations, academic requirements, and related program-administration matters.
• Plan, prepare, maintain, update, and execute Command integrated missions and joint-operations training and orientation events, including onboarding acculturation sessions and onboarding-process management.
• Plan, prepare, maintain, update, and execute Command joint-training and education programs, including the Senior Civilian/Military Development Program, Strategic Leadership Fellows Program, and Strategic Deterrence Education Program.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of on-site courses, lectures, subject-matter-expert-facilitated discussions, and education events led by internal and external speakers.
• Research courses, educational materials, academic programs, and other relevant information to develop or improve programs addressing identified joint-training and education needs.
• Maintain manual and electronic files, records, and program documentation supporting joint training and education activities.
• Prepare written materials, technical reports, studies, documentation, charts, graphs, briefing materials, correspondence, and other products required to document program activities and convey information.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, seminars, and stakeholder engagements to convey and gather information needed to support program execution.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve problems, provide program information, and refer matters to appropriate personnel as necessary.
• Support analysis of student training needs, identification of target audiences, and identification of appropriate training and education solutions.
• Support program evaluation through collection, analysis, and presentation of qualitative and quantitative data, customer feedback, measures of effectiveness, and other performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, training, and briefings as the subject matter expert.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top-Secret security clearance with eligibility for SCI, NC2/ESI, and SAP access, required prior to commencement of work.
