Job Description
Position Summary: Seeking highly skilled Full-Stack Engineers to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. Candidates must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code.
Key Responsibilities:
o Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular front-end code.
o Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks.
o Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards.
o Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
Required Qualifications:
o Undergraduate or masters degree in Computer Science
o 5+ years of software engineering experience.
o Strong expertise in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.
3+ Years Experience In JAVA/Springboot
3+ Years Experience in Angular
3+ Years Experience in PostgresQL
o Demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
o Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively.
Additional Skills (Desirable but not mandatory):
o Containerization:
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
o Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
o Agile Development:
Experience working in Agile development environments.
o Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Communication:
Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams. "
