Client: Defense Intelligence Threat Library (DITL)- DIA
Location: Charlottesville, VA (Hybrid)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Tester / Knowledge Manager to support Agile software development and mission-critical government programs. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to gather and manage requirements, support functional testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, and maintain key application and knowledge-management products.
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, validate, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Develop and maintain process, system, security, testing, and user documentation.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop automated test scripts and perform manual functional testing.
• Query databases to validate test results and support data verification.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate functional requirements working groups and stakeholder discussions.
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate application functionality to users and stakeholders.
• Support the design of mockups, wireframes, and process-flow diagrams.
• Update and maintain key application products and data as needed.
• Support Agile software development teams throughout the requirements, testing, and delivery lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Tester on Agile software development projects.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements in support of government or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience translating business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting the development of mockups, wireframes, and process-flow diagrams.
• Experience with functional testing, including automated test scripts and manual testing.
• Experience with database queries for validating test results.
• Agile certification.
• Active Top Secret Clearance.
