Job Description
Tite: UI/UX Developer
Client: Defense Intelligence Threat Library (DITL)- DIA
Location: Charlottesville, VA (Remote)
Responsibilities:
Designs and implements visually appealing and functional UIs, illustrates UI design using storyboards / process flows / sitemaps, validates UI/UX requirements with users, recommends frontend development frameworks, troubleshoots UX issues, implements Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related technical field
• 3+ years of front-end developer experience demonstrating proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React, HTML, CSS, and XML
• 3+ years of UI/UX design and development experience on an Agile development team demonstrating an understanding of UX principles, patterns, and practices, and proficiency with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience using Design Thinking or Human Centered Design processes
• Experience translating customer requirements into modern, dynamic, engaging, responsive web interfaces
• UI/UX professional certificate
• Top Secret clearance
