About The Role

Peraton is seeking a senior federal health executive to serve as Client Executive for Integrity Solutions, responsible for shaping and growing Peraton's Program Integrity portfolio focused on Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA), fraud detection and prevention, healthcare quality, analytics, and technology-enabled mission solutions.

This executive will bring deep knowledge of the federal healthcare environment and the ability to translate complex customer mission requirements into actionable business and technology strategies. The ideal candidate will have significant experience leading large-scale federal health programs, managing complex stakeholder environments, driving organizational transformation, and advising senior government executives on program integrity, healthcare quality, operational performance, and emerging mission needs.

The Client Executive will serve as a senior advisor to federal health customers while partnering with Peraton's Business Development, Capture, Growth, Solution, and Delivery organizations to shape new opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and position Peraton as a strategic partner in the future of federal program integrity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior executive advisor and trusted customer relationship owner for Peraton's Program Integrity and FWA portfolio, with an initial emphasis on CMS and the broader HHS ecosystem.
  • Bring an authoritative voice of the customer to Peraton, translating federal health priorities, policy changes, operational challenges, and emerging program-integrity requirements into actionable growth and solution strategies.
  • Shape and execute account strategies focused on program integrity, FWA prevention and detection, healthcare quality, data analytics, provider oversight, investigations, audits, and beneficiary protection.
  • Leverage extensive understanding of the CMS operating environment-including Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, provider enrollment and oversight, fraud investigations, audits, vulnerabilities, and data analytics-to identify opportunities for Peraton to deliver mission outcomes.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and mission leaders across CMS, HHS, and the broader federal health community, serving as a strategic bridge between customer priorities and Peraton capabilities.
  • Partner with Peraton's Business Development, Capture, Solution, Technology, and Delivery teams to identify, shape, and pursue new business opportunities and recompetes.
  • Provide strategic input into Peraton solutions and technology offerings, including advanced analytics, AI/ML, data platforms, fraud intelligence, and technology-enabled program integrity capabilities.
  • Help translate customer mission challenges into differentiated, executable solutions that address evolving federal requirements and improve program outcomes.
  • Lead executive-level customer engagements, strategic workshops, industry forums, and other engagements that position Peraton as a knowledgeable and credible partner in federal healthcare and program integrity.
  • Advise Peraton leadership on CMS/HHS priorities, acquisition trends, policy developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging program-integrity requirements that may affect the company's growth strategy.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams spanning technical, operational, business development, solution, and delivery organizations to achieve customer, mission, and growth objectives.
  • Support program health, strategic account planning, financial performance, and risk management while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and Peraton delivery.
  • Represent Peraton externally as a thought leader in federal healthcare, program integrity, FWA, healthcare quality, and mission transformation.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 20+ years of federal government leadership, healthcare, program management, policy, operations, or related experience, including significant executive leadership responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex federal healthcare organizations, programs, or portfolios, including responsibility for significant budgets, contracts, resources, and/or geographically distributed teams.
  • Deep understanding of CMS and the federal healthcare ecosystem, including Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, healthcare quality, program integrity, and associated regulatory and operational environments.
  • Extensive experience with Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA), fraud prevention and detection, program integrity, healthcare oversight, investigations, audits, provider oversight, or related mission areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer mission priorities and policy requirements into strategic direction, operational improvements, technology needs, and organizational transformation.
  • Proven executive leadership experience managing and influencing large cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior government executives and build relationships across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong understanding of how data, analytics, technology, and innovation can be applied to improve federal healthcare operations, program integrity, fraud prevention, and mission outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively across customer engagement, solution development, business development, capture, and program delivery functions.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Experience
  • Senior leadership experience within CMS, HHS, or another federal healthcare agency.
  • Direct leadership experience across multiple CMS mission areas, including Program Integrity, healthcare quality, provider oversight, fraud prevention, beneficiary protection, data analytics, or contractor/program oversight.
  • Experience managing organizations with large workforces, significant federal budgets, and complex contractor portfolios.
  • Experience developing or implementing enterprise-level policy, operational transformation, organizational change, or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience influencing federal acquisition strategy, requirements development, recompetes, procurements, or contractor oversight.
  • Experience translating government mission requirements into technology-enabled solutions, analytics capabilities, or innovative approaches.
  • Knowledge of emerging applications of AI/ML, automation, advanced analytics, and data platforms within healthcare and program integrity.
  • Established executive network across CMS, HHS, federal health agencies, and the broader federal healthcare community.
  • Experience participating in industry forums, speaking engagements, executive panels, or other activities establishing thought leadership within federal healthcare.
  • Master's degree preferred, particularly in Public Administration, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline.

Details

Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
